Mikko Römpötti assumed the role of CEO at BRAND toimitilat Oy at the beginning of August 2025. Over the course of his career, Römpötti has held demanding positions, for example in the defense sector, and has built a successful business in the accounting services industry. He has strong experience in strategic management, organizational development, and entrepreneurship. The company’s long-standing CEO and founding partner, Jouko Pannula, will continue to serve on the board and remain part of the company’s core team.
Römpötti’s goal is to further strengthen BRAND’s customer-oriented approach to commercial property construction and, together with the team, develop services that support clients’ business operations.
“At the same time, I want to preserve the atmosphere I have already experienced at BRAND: it’s a great place to be – and coming to work is enjoyable,” Römpötti says.
BRAND – A Growing Force in Commercial Property Construction
Founded in 2015, BRAND toimitilat Oy is a nationwide commercial property constructor and a specialist in real estate development. The company designs and builds customized premises for businesses and works closely with property investors.
BRAND is known for its efficient contracting and customer-focused operations. In recent years, the company has grown its revenue significantly. In 2022, the company’s turnover was approximately €19.2 million, and by 2024 it had increased to around €34 million.
Key Projects
Over the years, BRAND has completed numerous large-scale projects for various companies and has played a significant role in the growth of the Pirkkala business area through multiple developments. The company is currently building in Jyväskylä and Nurmijärvi, each with 1,500 m² of commercial space for two companies, scheduled for completion later this year.
ProMart Logistics Center and Headquarters, Pirkkala
Technical wholesale service company ProMart required facilities to support its strong growth and modernized logistics processes. BRAND delivered a 3,700 m² complex, comprising 2,900 m² of warehouse space, 400 m² of retail space, and 400 m² of office space. The project was completed on an accelerated schedule: the building site became available in May, and BRAND had the plans ready by Midsummer. Construction lasted eight months, resulting in modern logistics, retail, and administrative facilities that enable the company’s efficient operations.
Ammega Finland Oy Premises, Pirkkala
In January 2025, Ammega Finland Oy moved into new 2,500 m² premises in the heart of Linnakallio, Pirkkala. The building combines stylish architecture with functionality. Highlights include two floors of office space, a tall and impressive entrance, spacious production and warehouse areas, and an energy-efficient geothermal heating solution. The site’s location along Western Ring Road (VT3) ensures excellent connections and visibility. Delivered as a design-and-build contract (KVR), the project was completed ahead of schedule, showcasing BRAND’s effective project management.
Hyvinkää Commercial Center
In April 2023, a large automotive sales and repair hub was completed in Hyvinkää, marking the first phase of a major commercial center. The 5,500 m² complex, spread across two buildings, houses multiple companies. The facilities support a wide range of repair services for all car brands. The first phase employs around 30 automotive professionals, with total employment potentially rising to 100 upon completion of the second phase.
Third Premises for MV Jäähdytys, Pirkkala
BRAND toimitilat Oy and MV Jäähdytys have collaborated on three commercial property projects in just four years. The latest, an expansion of MV Jäähdytys’ Linnakallio site in Pirkkala, was completed in February 2023. The expansion brought administrative functions under the same roof as operational activities. The total space after expansion is about 2,500 m², including social and customer facilities, an operational hall, office space, and a lounge area. Employee amenities include a sauna and gym.
